Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing, color, or buyer’s remorse.


Exceptions we will resolve

- Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

- Incorrect item received: If we send the wrong item, contact us within [7] days of delivery.

Resolution: For approved issues, we will repair, replace, or re‑ship at our cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error.
